No Bake Chocolate Dipped Cheesecake Bites
Life is Poppin'

Warning: Addictive recipe ahead… Seriously! My girls and I cannot stop eating these No Bake Chocolate Dipped Cheesecake Bites. They are so easy to make and so dreamy to eat. What more could you ask for in a recipe? Try them out and let me know what you think!

Colored Spaghetti Sensory Activity
Tulips & Orchids

Since I started watching Keegan with the twins, I haven’t felt brave enough yet to leave the house.  3 kids that small is scary, especially since only one of them can walk, and she looks more like a drunk than anything when she does.  Thus, I’ve been figuring out activities to keep the twins occupied and to prevent us all from going insane.  I came up with this colored spaghetti sensory activity on the fly one morning, and it was a big hit with the twins.

Orange Creamsicle Cocktail Recipe
Ann’s Entitled Life

If you liked Orange Creamsicles as a kid, try this Orange Creamsicle for adults! Easy to make, this creamy and smooth cocktail is simply delicious.

Memorial Day Front Porch 2015
Debbie-Dabble

Amazing how adding just a few Flags can create a great Patriotic Look!!

Handmade Happiness
Cuddlebug Cuties
When I first began my life as a crafter I was quite sparse with the extra little pretties. I enjoyed letting the main focal point of my work be nearly all of my piece. As time passed I became a bit braver and more eccentric. Instead of saving my treasures for that "special someday" project; I began wanting to use every little bit and bob that I had.

Pocket Page in a Book
Crafty Journal

Knowing how to make a pocket page in a book is very handy if you enjoy keeping a journal.

10 Money Saving Lemon Oil Uses
Crystal & Co.

Essential oils have made such an impact in our lives since I started using them in May 2014. I will be honest. My initial interest was simply to use the oils to make my house smell great using the diffuser. I was not real sure about the medicinal benefits of the oils and I never thought using oils would be a way I could save money and keep me from having to buy cleaners and other household products.

Your Favorite Pictures on a Flower Pot – Craft Idea and DIY
Life is Poppin'
I love thinking of new ways to preserve all of my favorite pictures. They don’t really do me any good taking up space in my smartphone, or stuffed away in a drawer somewhere. I want to display them loud and proud. I was looking on Pinterest (I know…) for creative Mother’s Day ideas and I stumbled upon something similar to this flower pot craft idea and decided I would make my own version. It was super easy to make and looks beautiful once it’s finished. These make such a thoughtful gift idea.

Root Beer Baked Beans
Three kids and a fish

When I was growing up there were baked beans served at every BBQ my parents hosted! I have memories of my Mom putting me in charge of opening the cans, putting them in a bowl and microwaving until warm. They were thick, creamy, and just the perfect softness.

Gabe loves Olive Garden. When we are in Florida it's one of his favorite places to eat.

DIY Wind Chimes - Recycle Spoons
Let It Shine

My supplies include six spoons, fishing line, an old candle holder and a clip I had hiding in my stash of goodies.

China Glaze In a Lily Bit
A girl and her chicken named Betty

I was surprised when I realized I hadn't swatched this up yet, I use it as a base in so many of my stamping designs! This is China Glaze In a Lily Bit, it's a bleached pastel purple, it looks pink at a distance, but it's actually just a super pale purple. This is three coats, and it has an agreeable formula, didn't streak too badly on me like pastels tend to do.

How To Make A Lavender Wreath
The Pin Junkie

Who doesn't like lavender?  The color is such a beautiful shade of purple and lavender's lovely scent has calming effects.  Lavender is also really easy to grow and attracts bees and butterflies.  I have some in my front yard because it's drought tolerant and low maintenance.

Cookie Cup Strawberry Shortcake Recipe
Sweet October

Have you ever been completely torn trying to figure out what you want to eat for a dessert? I always find myself in this predicament. The latest was trying to decide between a cookie and strawberry shortcake. Then it hit me, why pick only one?! With this cookie cup strawberry shortcake recipe, you can have both!

DIY Bathtub Shelf Made Easy
Chic By Tab

I started my week off with this super simple DIY Bathtub Shelf. This is a quick project, as in less than 20 minutes to make. That easy.

DIY Foaming Charcoal Face Scrub
Saved By Grace

A couple of popular brands have recently come out with some charcoal facial skin care products. This is because charcoal has long been used to clean anything from teeth to skin for a long time. This is no new thing. In fact it’s probably more of a turn of the century thing or even older. The reason being is, charcoal has a way of taking out impurities and helping to clear blackheads and oily skin.

Give Yourself a Break!
Wonder Woman doesn’t exist in the real world
Sizzling Towards 60

Wonder woman doesn't existI was pondering what to write about this week when I came across a book in my office “Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff for Women” by Kristine Carlson.  I had been given this book a couple of years ago and had just flicked through it at the time because I was busy trying to be Wonder Woman!
